As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Architect/Interior Architect to join our team.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Architect/Interior Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and interior design. The successful candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and will have a strong background in residential and commercial design projects, with a focus on interior design development, including furniture layouts, finishes & materials, woodworks, metalworks, and window systems & specifications.
Responsibilities:
Provide design support to the lead architect in developing design solutions within the concept, working drawings, and construction phases of projects, with a particular emphasis on interior design.
Collaborate closely with the project team to develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
Create detailed drawings, including furniture layouts, finishes & materials, woodworks, metalworks, and window systems & specifications, using AutoCAD and Revit.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and reviews to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
Ensure that all design solutions adhere to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and interior design.
Bachelor’s degree or greater in architecture/interior architecture from an accredited school.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong background in residential and commercial design projects, with a focus on interior design development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
