Requirements
Industry Experience: Must have previous experience in a hospital, healthcare industry, or clinics.
Language: Bilingual (Ability to speak, read, and write in English & Arabic) is mandatory.
Location: Applicants must be currently residing in Kuwait.
Specialized Skills:
Quality Coordinator: Must be capable of statistical analysis and strong problem-solving.
Infection Control: Must have deep knowledge of Kuwait MOH regulations and a Nursing background.
Responsibilities
Quality & Infection Control: Monitoring clinical standards, performing statistical analysis on patient safety, and ensuring total compliance with MOH infection prevention protocols.
Management & Admin: Managing hospital supply chains (Procurement), coordinating high-level schedules (Secretary), and streamlining the healthcare talent acquisition process (Recruitment).
Finance: Handling patient transactions accurately and providing professional customer service at the point of payment.

الجودة ومنع العدوى: مراقبة المعايير السريرية، إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية لسلامة المرضى، وضمان الامتثال التام لبروتوكولات وزارة الصحة لمنع العدوى.
الإدارة والمشتريات: إدارة سلاسل التوريد الخاصة بالمستشفى، تنسيق الجداول الزمنية رفيعة المستوى، وتسهيل عملية استقطاب الكفاءات الطبية والإدارية.
المالية: التعامل مع المعاملات المالية للمرضى بدقة وتقديم خدمة عملاء احترافية عند التحصيل.
