Reports To: Finance Manager

Job Description:

• Maintain general ledger and journal entries

• Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payroll)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Process employee salaries, leave, indemnity, and end-of-service calculations

• Ensure financial data accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce

• 2–5 years of experience (Gulf experience preferred)

• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel

Nationality: Any

مطلوب موظف حسابات / محاسب

التقارير إلى: مدير المالية

المسؤوليات:

1- إدارة دفتر الأستاذ العام والقيود اليومية

2- تسجيل المعاملات اليومية (المبيعات، المشتريات، المصاريف، الرواتب)

3- إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية

4- معالجة رواتب الموظفين، الإجازات، التعويضات وحسابات نهاية الخدمة

5- ضمان دقة البيانات المالية

المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة / المالية / التجارة

• خبرة 2–5 سنوات (يفضل خبرة في الخليج)

• معرفة ببرامج المحاسبة (Tally، SAP، Oracle، QuickBooks، إلخ)

• معرفة قوية ببرنامج MS Excel

• الجنسية: أي جنسية
