Responsibilities
Production Leadership: Oversee furniture factory operations, ensuring manufacturing efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery.
Technical Infrastructure: Manage IT systems and provide professional technical support to maintain robust organizational connectivity.
Sales Growth: Drive furniture sales through expert product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and market awareness.
Financial Management: Execute complex accounting tasks using SAP systems to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
System Integration: Utilize SAP expertise to streamline financial workflows and data integrity across departments.
Requirements
Production Manager: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a furniture factory setting.
IT Professional: Minimum of 5 years of experience; Indian nationals preferred.
Sales Associate: Minimum of 3 years in furniture sales; preferably nationals of Tunisia, Morocco, or Algeria.
Accountants: Minimum of 5 years of experience with mandatory proficiency in the SAP System.
Status: All candidates must currently reside in Kuwait with a transferable Visa 18.

قيادة الإنتاج: الإشراف على عمليات مصنع الأثاث، وضمان كفاءة التصنيع، وضبط الجودة، والالتزام بمواعيد التسليم.
البنية التقنية: إدارة أنظمة تقنية المعلومات وتقديم الدعم الفني الاحترافي لضمان استمرارية الاتصال التنظيمي.
نمو المبيعات: تعزيز مبيعات الأثاث من خلال المعرفة العميقة بالمنتجات وتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية.
الإدارة المالية: تنفيذ المهام المحاسبية المعقدة باستخدام أنظمة SAP لضمان دقة التقارير المالية والامتثال.

المتطلبات
مدير الإنتاج: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قيادة مصانع الأثاث (مفتوح لكافة الجنسيات).
تقنية المعلومات: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات (يفضل الجنسية الهندية).
مبيعات الأثاث: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في نفس المجال (يفضل جنسيات تونس، المغرب، والجزائر).
المحاسبون: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات مع ضرورة إتقان العمل على نظام SAP.
الوضع القانوني: يجب أن يكون جميع المتقدمين داخل الكويت مع إقامة مادة 18 قابلة للتحويل.
