Operations Manager – Oil & Gas Supply Chain, Kuwait
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the full operational lifecycle from post-award execution to final delivery and client acceptance.
Responsibilities:
Procurement execution
Supplier production monitoring
Logistics & shipment management
Port clearance & demurrage prevention
Warehouse & inventory control
Service coordination (where applicable)
Margin protection & cost control
Requirements:
8–15 years experience in oil & gas supply chain / trading operations in Kuwait
مطلوب مدير العمليات – Operations Manager
المسؤوليات:
الإشراف على كامل دورة العمليات من التنفيذ بعد العقد حتى التسليم النهائي وقبول العميل
إدارة المشتريات وتنفيذها
متابعة إنتاج الموردين
إدارة اللوجستيات والشحن
التخليص الجمركي ومنع رسوم التأخير
إدارة المخازن والجرد
تنسيق الخدمات (إذا وجد)
حماية الهامش والتحكم في التكاليف
المتطلبات:
خبرة 8–15 سنة في سلسلة التوريد / عمليات التداول في النفط والغاز بالكويت
