Responsibilities
Key Account Manager: Lead strategic relationships within the FMCG beauty sector, driving growth and managing high-profile accounts.
Data Analyst: Interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights, optimize operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
Sales Administrator: Support the sales lifecycle and maintain seamless coordination with store operations to ensure administrative accuracy.
Requirements
Experience (Key Account Manager): 7–10 years of specialized experience in the Beauty and Makeup FMCG sector.
Experience (Sales Admin): Previous experience working directly with store operations or inventory management.
Language: Arab Native speakers are preferred for these roles.
Location: Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait.
Status: Must hold a valid and transferable Visa 18.

المسؤوليات
مدير الحسابات الرئيسي: قيادة العلاقات الاستراتيجية في قطاع التجميل، وتحقيق النمو، وإدارة الحسابات الكبرى للشركة.
محلل البيانات: تحليل مجموعات البيانات المعقدة لتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية ودعم اتخاذ القرار.
إداري المبيعات: دعم دورة المبيعات وضمان التنسيق السلس مع عمليات المتاجر لضمان الدقة الإدارية.
المتطلبات
الخبرة (مدير حسابات): خبرة تخصصية تتراوح بين 7 إلى 10 سنوات في قطاع التجميل والسلع الاستهلاكية.
الخبرة (إداري مبيعات): خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع عمليات المتاجر أو إدارة المخزون.
اللغة: يفضل أن يكون المتقدمون من المتحدثين باللغة العربية (Native).
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في دولة الكويت.
الوضع القانوني: يجب امتلاك إقامة مادة 18 قابلة للتحويل.
