Site Surveyor – Construction Company, Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Site Surveyor to support our civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct topographic and layout surveys for civil works (structures, utilities, earthwork, foundations, etc.)
Set out control points, reference benchmarks, and levels for excavation, formwork, and structural elements
Prepare and maintain survey records, maps, sketches, and as-built drawings
Check drawings and compare with site conditions; report discrepancies
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors
Operate total station, GPS, auto level and related survey equipment
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or equivalent
Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD/Civil 3D)
Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently on site
Candidates should be available in Kuwait with valid residency
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Site/Land Surveyor in civil construction projects
Nationality: Indian preferred

المهام الوظيفية:
إجراء المسوحات الطبوغرافية وتحديد مواقع الأعمال المدنية (الهياكل، المرافق، الأعمال الترابية، الأساسات، إلخ)
وضع نقاط التحكم والمعايير المرجعية والمستويات لأعمال الحفر والقوالب والهياكل
إعداد وصيانة سجلات المسح والخرائط والرسومات النهائية
مراجعة الرسومات ومقارنتها مع حالة الموقع، وإبلاغ المهندس/مدير المشروع بالفروقات
التنسيق مع المهندسين والمشرفين والمقاولين لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال حسب الرسومات المعتمدة
تشغيل أجهزة المسح (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) وضمان معايرتها وصيانتها
الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والمعايير أثناء جميع أعمال المسح
المتطلبات:
دبلوم / بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مسح الأراضي أو ما يعادلها
إجادة استخدام Total Station, GPS, Auto Level ومعرفة أساسية ببرامج CAD (AutoCAD / Civil 3D)
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات المدنية والإنشائية
اهتمام بالتفاصيل، مهارات تواصل جيدة، والقدرة على العمل المستقل في الموقع
يفضل الجنسية الهندية
خبرة 3–5 سنوات على الأقل كمسّاح موقع/أراضي في مشاريع البناء المدنية
يجب أن يكون المرشح مقيمًا في الكويت بإقامة سارية
