Available Positions
Senior Sales Executive (Building Insulation & Raised Floor Systems)
Responsibilities
Promote and secure official approvals for ROCKWOOL insulation materials and Avayo raised floor systems.
Manage complex vendor registration and prequalification processes with KOC and KNPC.
Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with key consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.
Lead the preparation of technical submittals and provide diligent follow-up on active tenders.
Execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets and consistently expand the project pipeline.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in building materials or specialized project sales.
Industry Knowledge: Proven exposure to KOC and KNPC project procedures and procurement standards.
Technical Skills: Strong technical background with experience in specification-based selling.
Logistics: Must possess a valid Kuwait driving license.
Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to interface with high-level stakeholders.

الترويج لمنتجات عزل ROCKWOOL وأنظمة الأرضيات المرتفعة Avayo والحصول على الاعتمادات الرسمية لها.
إدارة عمليات تسجيل الموردين والتأهيل المسبق لدى شركة نفط الكويت (KOC) وشركة البترول الوطنية الكويتية (KNPC).
بناء وتطوير علاقات قوية مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين وفرق المشتريات.
إعداد العروض الفنية والمتابعة الدقيقة للمناقصات المطروحة.
تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة وتوسيع نطاق المشاريع المستقبلية للشركة.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مبيعات مواد البناء أو مبيعات المشاريع.
المعرفة بالقطاع: خبرة مثبتة في إجراءات مشاريع شركة نفط الكويت (KOC) وشركة البترول الوطنية الكويتية (KNPC).
المهارات الفنية: معرفة فنية قوية وخبرة في البيع القائم على المواصفات الفنية.
اللوجستيات: يجب توفر رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول.
الموقع: التواجد داخل دولة الكويت.
