Project Accountant (Construction & Contracting)
Responsibilities
Cost Control: Manage and monitor project cost control, subcontractor payments, and retention.
Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements and detailed cash-flow reports.
Operational Coordination: Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure financial alignment.
Billing Management: Oversee progress billing, Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) analysis.
System Management: Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel to maintain accurate financial records and data integrity.
Requirements
Education: Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) qualification is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting, with specific experience in the construction or contracting sector.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge in project costing, progress billing, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting.
Language: Must be fully bilingual (Arabic and English) with professional proficiency.
Status: Must hold a transferable Visa 18 (Ahli), possess a valid Kuwait driver’s license, and be ready for immediate joining.

المسؤوليات
ضبط التكاليف: إدارة ومراقبة تكاليف المشاريع، ومدفوعات مقاولي الباطن، والمبالغ المستقطعة (Retention).
التقارير المالية: إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية الشاملة وتقارير التدفق النقدي التفصيلية.
التنسيق التشغيلي: العمل عن كثب مع مديري المشاريع والفرق الميدانية لضمان التوافق المالي.
إدارة الفواتير: الإشراف على فواتير الإنجاز، وتقارير الأعمال قيد التنفيذ (WIP)، وتحليل جداول الكميات (BOQ).
إدارة الأنظمة: استخدام أنظمة ERP ومهارات الإكسيل المتقدمة للحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: شهادة محاسب قانوني معتمد (ACCA) شرط أساسي.
الخبرة: 5 سنوات على الأقل في المحاسبة، مع خبرة سابقة مؤكدة في شركات الإنشاءات أو المقاولات.
المهارات الفنية: إلمام تام بتكاليف المشاريع، وفواتير الإنجاز، وتقارير الأعمال قيد التنفيذ.
اللغة: إجادة التحدث والكتابة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
الوضع القانوني: يجب توفر إقامة مادة 18 (أهلي) قابلة للتحويل، رخصة قيادة كويتية، والجاهزية للالتحاق الفوري بالعمل.
