Pastry Chef – Desserts & Canapé Specialist, Kuwait
Requirements:
Currently located in Kuwait
Transferable residency required
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef specializing in desserts and kanafeh
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation
Experience working in restaurants, bakeries, or catering kitchens
Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and attention to detail in dessert presentation
Good teamwork and communication skills
Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a wide variety of desserts and canapé with high quality and consistency
Develop new dessert recipes and improve existing menu items
Ensure proper preparation, baking, and decoration techniques
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with purchasing
Ensure attractive presentation and consistency in taste and portion control
Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours

تطوير وصفات جديدة وتحسين العناصر الحالية في القائمة
الالتزام بأساليب التحضير، الخبز، والتزيين الصحيحة
الحفاظ على معايير النظافة وسلامة الغذاء
مراقبة مستويات المكونات والتنسيق مع قسم الشراء عند الحاجة
ضمان عرض جذاب وتوازن في الطعم والحجم
العمل بكفاءة تحت ضغط أوقات الذروة
المتطلبات والخبرة:
خبرة مثبتة كشيف حلويات متخصص في الحلويات والكنفة
معرفة قوية بتقنيات الخبز وتحضير الحلويات
خبرة في العمل بالمطاعم أو المخابز أو المطابخ الكبيرة
القدرة على إدارة الوقت والعمل في بيئة سريعة
الإبداع والانتباه للتفاصيل في تقديم الحلويات
مهارات تعاون وتواصل جيدة
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية)
