Sales Operations Officer – Paints & Decorations
Department: CRM, Sales Operations & Aftersales

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure each customer/project file is complete and ready for scheduling and execution
Act as the first point of contact for customers after project transfer
Communicate project transfer status, appointment range, exact execution dates, and daily follow-ups
Send and receive project schedules between Sales Operations and Projects departments
Reconfirm exact execution dates 48 hours prior
Monitor and follow up on daily site activities with supervisors
Handle and resolve site obstacles professionally
Track and update project schedules with the projects coordinator
Collect feedback from salesmen on critical projects and coordinate special execution dates
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and daily reporting tools
Knowledge of contracting, finishing, and paints industry processes
Strong follow-up and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
High level of patience, tolerance, and problem-solving ability
Familiarity with AI tools for reporting, data analysis, or workflow optimization is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

المهام الوظيفية:
ضمان اكتمال كل ملف للعميل/المشروع وجاهزيته للجدولة والتنفيذ
نقطة الاتصال الأولى مع العملاء بعد تحويل المشروع إلى القسم
التواصل الواضح مع العملاء حول حالة تحويل المشروع، نطاق المواعيد، وتاريخ التنفيذ الفعلي، مع المتابعة اليومية وتحديثات تقدم العمل في الموقع
إرسال واستقبال جداول المشاريع بين قسم العمليات والمشاريع
إعلام العملاء بنطاق تاريخ التنفيذ وإعادة تأكيد التاريخ الفعلي قبل 48 ساعة من التنفيذ
متابعة الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع مع المشرفين
التعامل مع أي معوقات في الموقع من خلال التواصل المهني مع العملاء
تتبع وتحديث جداول المشاريع بالتنسيق مع منسق المشاريع
جمع التغذية الراجعة من موظفي المبيعات حول المشاريع الحرجة والتنسيق مع قسم المشاريع لمواعيد تنفيذ خاصة
المتطلبات والمهارات:
إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel وأدوات التقارير اليومية
معرفة بعمليات المقاولات، التشطيبات، وصناعة الدهانات
مهارات متابعة وتواصل قوية
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في نفس الوقت
مستوى عالٍ من الصبر، التحمل، وحل المشكلات
المعرفة بأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي للتقارير وتحليل البيانات أو تحسين سير العمل ميزة إضافية
القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة
