Learning and Development Manager
SoftwareOne Academy
Someone to be our Academy Manager in EMEA - located in CEE. You’ll be owning the management of the SoftwareONE Academy’s learning programmes across a number of countries and regions in EMEA. Externally you will be working closely with external partners such as Education Charities, Universities, Community Colleges and Government representatives of talent funding. Internally you will work with stakeholders at every level to foster relationships, understand business requirements for talent within work force planning and then facilitate the journey of our young learners as they progress through the Academy from intake to profitability. You will work closely with the global Academy team, currently in 15 countries.
