Relationship Manager
MyFatoorah is the leading Fintech and payment solutions provider in Kuwait, with regional operations and growth across the GCC & Egypt.
We are seeking an experienced and talented Relationship Manager to join our family in Kuwait - you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining corporate relationships with MyFatoorah's key B2B accounts and implementing the company's customer success and partnerships strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with MyFatoorah's key partners, including banks, financial institutions, and other strategic partners, to ensure the success of MyFatoorah's partnerships.
Work closely with MyFatoorah's sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with MyFatoorah's growth strategy.
Develop and implement effective customer success strategies and initiatives that drive customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with MyFatoorah's product and technology teams to ensure that customer feedback and insights are incorporated into product development and improvement efforts.
Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting of MyFatoorah's partnership and customer success initiatives, using data and insights to inform ongoing strategy and decision-making.
Develop and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives that support MyFatoorah's partnership and customer success objectives, working closely with colleagues across the organization.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and use this knowledge to implement MyFatoorah's partnership and customer success strategies and initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in aspects of Business Management.
4+ years of experience in a partnerships/customer success/key accounts role is a must.
Experience within the following industries is a plus: Financial Services, IT Solutions, E-Commerce, Telecommunications.
Deep understanding of the Kuwaiti market and culture.
Excellent communication skills (Languages: Arabic & English).

إجراء تحليل منتظم للأداء وإعداد تقارير حول الشراكة مع MyFatoorah ومبادرات نجاح العملاء ، وذلك باستخدام البيانات والرؤى لتوجيه الإستراتيجية المستمرة واتخاذ القرار.
تطوير وإدارة المشاريع والمبادرات متعددة الوظائف التي تدعم شراكة MyFatoorah وأهداف نجاح العملاء ، والعمل عن كثب مع الزملاء في جميع أنحاء المنظمة.
ابق على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات الصناعة ، والمشهد التنافسي ، واحتياجات العملاء ، واستخدم هذه المعرفة لتنفيذ استراتيجيات ومبادرات شراكة MyFatoorah ونجاح العملاء.
الخبرة والمؤهلات
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال.
4+ سنوات من الخبرة في الشراكات / نجاح العملاء / دور الحسابات الرئيسية أمر لا بد منه.
الخبرة في الصناعات التالية ميزة إضافية: الخدمات المالية ، حلول تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، التجارة الإلكترونية ، الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية.
فهم عميق للسوق والثقافة الكويتية.
مهارات اتصال ممتازة (اللغات: العربية والإنجليزية).
