Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Actively prospect, identify and approach potential clients in Kuwait to promote the classified ads platform's services.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms and pricing to secure new clients.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective networking and lead generation activities.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Keep clients updated on new features, product enhancements, and promotional campaigns to encourage their continued engagement.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to the sales manager or relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and other relevant documentation.
