المؤهل: بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
خبرة :-
2 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة النسبية.
الحصول على شهادة في Microsoft أو Linux أو Casio مفيد. خبرة سابقة في الدعم الفني أو دعم سطح المكتب أو دور مشابه.
الكفاءة في أنظمة التشغيل Windows / Linux / Mac OS.
تجربة مع تطبيقات سطح المكتب البعيد وبرامج مكتب المساعدة.
الدور الوظيفي:-
تحديد حلول الأجهزة والبرامج.
استكشاف المشكلات الفنية وإصلاحها.
تشخيص الأعطال وإصلاحها. تثبيت وتكوين وحل مشكلات الأجهزة والبرامج.
تقديم ملاحظات العملاء في الوقت المناسب وبدقة.
دعم نشر التطبيقات الجديدة. تقديم الدعم في شكل وثائق إجرائية.
إدارة حالات متعددة في وقت واحد.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
expertise :-
2 to 3 years of relative experience.
A degree in Microsoft, Linux or Casio is advantageous. Previous experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Windows / Linux / Mac OS operating systems.
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Job role:-
Define hardware and software solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues.
Diagnosis and repair of faults. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Provide customer feedback timely and accurately.
Support the deployment of new applications. Provide support in the form of procedural documents.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
