نحن نبحث عن مهندس عمليات متمرس ليكون مسؤولاً عن تصميم العملية والتشغيل والتنفيذ. سيتمكن المرشح الناجح من تحسين العمليات الصناعية من أجل الحفاظ على الكفاءة وتقليل التكلفة وتحسين الاستدامة وتعظيم الربحية.
المسؤوليات
• تطوير وتهيئة وتحسين العمليات الصناعية من البداية وحتى بدء التشغيل ومنح الشهادات
• تقييم العمليات واتخاذ القياسات وتفسير البيانات
• تصميم وتشغيل واختبار وترقية الأنظمة والعمليات
• تطوير أفضل الممارسات والإجراءات الروتينية والحلول المبتكرة لتحسين معدلات الإنتاج وجودة المخرجات
• إجراء عمليات محاكاة العملية
• إدارة قيود التكلفة والوقت
• إجراء تقييمات المخاطر
• تقديم وثائق العملية وتعليمات التشغيل
المتطلبات والمهارات
• خبرة عملية مثبتة في هندسة العمليات
• مهارات تقنية ممتازة
• المعرفة بالمعايير ذات الصلة بالعملية
• خبرة في عمليات المحاكاة
• معرفة العمل بحزم برامج هندسة العمليات
• مهارات CAD أو AutoCad
• يبرع في HYSIS وبرامج التصميم الأخرى
• الإلمام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة
• المفكر التحليلي مع مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية مع دقيقة. 5 سنوات خبرة في هندسة العمليات لمحطات النفط والغاز.

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer in Kuwait
Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process design, operation and implementation. The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities
• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Perform process simulations
• Manage cost and time constraints
• Perform risk assessments
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience in process engineering
• Excellent technical skills
• Knowledge of process related standards
• Experience in process simulations
• Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
• CAD or AutoCad skills
• Proficient in HYSIS and other design software
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• BS degree in chemical engineering with min. 5 years of experience in process engineering of oil and gas plants.
