1. Escorting a supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision and direction of the Site Manager (SM) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM), the Escort Supervisor provides supervision to others and provides the management of day-to-day tasks. May require detailed knowledge of local missions, site policies and standard operating procedures. Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of a team of up to 20 facilities. Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure mission success. It is the duty of the accompanying supervisor (in coordination with the SM and ASM) to maintain a safe workplace, ensure site policies are followed, quality standards are met, and tasks are completed on time. The accompanying supervisor must demonstrate skill in these areas and emphasize expertise in relevant situations and activities. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Have a thorough understanding of the duties and responsibilities of an escort.
Ensure that the Escorts team implements the LN/OCN process in the areas and monitors personnel while performing work. Make spot corrections as required.
Ensure that escorts properly check that LN/OCN workers are logged in and out of all staff, and that personnel counts are taken before and after the performance of their duties.
Provide general oversight to the team ensuring work is completed for the day and work area has been cleared by trained military personnel in force protection and all LNs/OCN have exited base and/or returned to camps.
Your team ensures all local essential escort policies are followed.
Provide training as required to ensure escorts fully understand and comply with site policies and escort responsibilities.
Consistently de-escalate issues by communicating in a professional and prompt manner.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve team goals. Proven supervisory skills to include effective planning, organizing, directing and controlling with strong decision making capabilities. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to lead the team to consensus. Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and listening. Ability to interact with staff at all levels from LN/OCN through to Senior Executives.
