📌 Operations Manager – Delivery Company

Location: Kuwait

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily operations for a growing delivery company with 80+ drivers and continuous annual expansion. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing large operational teams, improving efficiency, and achieving measurable performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily driver operations and performance monitoring

• Prepare operational reports and analyze KPIs

• Reduce operational costs and improve productivity

• Handle field operational issues promptly and effectively

• Develop and optimize operational procedures

• Supervise supervisors and drivers and manage schedules

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of operations management experience (preferably in delivery or logistics sector)

• Proven experience managing large teams (50+ staff)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficient in Excel and reporting/tracking systems

• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly

ملخص الوظيفة:

نبحث عن مدير عمليات محترف للإشراف على العمليات اليومية لشركة توصيل ناشئة تضم أكثر من 80 سائقًا وتوسّع سنوي مستمر. المرشح المثالي لديه خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق تشغيل كبيرة، تحسين الكفاءة، وتحقيق أهداف أداء قابلة للقياس.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف على عمليات السائقين اليومية ومراقبة الأداء

• إعداد التقارير التشغيلية وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء

• تقليل التكاليف التشغيلية وتحسين الإنتاجية

• التعامل مع مشاكل التشغيل الميدانية بسرعة وفعالية

• تطوير وتحسين الإجراءات التشغيلية

• الإشراف على المشرفين والسائقين وإدارة الجداول

المتطلبات:

• خبرة 3–5 سنوات في إدارة العمليات (ويُفضل في قطاع التوصيل أو اللوجستيات)

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق كبيرة (50 موظفًا فأكثر)

• مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية قوية

• إجادة Excel وأنظمة التقارير والمتابعة

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط واتخاذ القرارات بسرعة
