المتطلبات
لطاقم التمريض: يفضل بشدة المتقدمون الحاصلون على ترخيص وزارة الصحة (MOH).
التعيين المحلي: ستعطى الأولوية للمرشحين المقيمين حالياً داخل الكويت (Local Candidates).
المهارات: مهارات إكلينيكية قوية، التعاطف، والالتزام بتقديم رعاية عالية الجودة.
التواصل: القدرة على التواصل الفعال مع المرضى والفريق الطبي.
الاحترافية: معايير أخلاقية عالية والالتزام بكافة اللوائح الصحية.
المسؤوليات
طاقم التمريض: تقديم رعاية تمريضية محترفة، مراقبة حالة المرضى، وإعطاء العلاجات وفق بروتوكولات المستشفى.
مقدمو الرعاية: مساعدة المرضى في الأنشطة اليومية، ضمان راحتهم، ودعم فريق التمريض في المهام غير الإكلينيكية.
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمرضى وضمان بيئة طبية نظيفة وآمنة.
الالتزام بمعايير التميز في الخدمة التي يحددها مستشفى المواساة الجديد.
