Training Sales Consultant
The Job:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Training Sales Consultant to source new businesses, manage client relationships, drive through tele sales and live meetings activities, and maximize revenue. Contacting, sourcing, developing, and working with employers with a passion for education and sales. Identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling, and the development of all FVA's training solutions and services.
This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis where you will be engaging with employers and learners across the region via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Duties will include:
* Achieving sales targets and developing the business
*Contact potential or existing customers to inform and guide them about training services.
*Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
*Using a variety of sales techniques to attract new business opportunities
*Develop a good understanding of client companies and their working culture and environment
*Scheduling meetings/appointment setting
*Follow-up with existing or old leads/clients
*Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
*Maintain records of calls and sales database.
We are looking for candidates with excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively face-to-face and through follow-up calls and work towards targets and KPIs.
It would be advantageous if you have experience in education and/or promoting training opportunities to employers and students, but it is not essential.

Salary: KD200 - KD300 per month
