Call Center Agent will be responsible to answer customer's inquiries regarding products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Call Center agent for Pharmacies ONLY
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and must be soft spoken
- Must have a valid transferable visa (Kuwait)
- Must be willing to work in shifts
