About the job
SureSkills Learning Services is undergoing a period of sustained growth. We are looking for a Business Analyst Writer/Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong self-manager, responsible for writing video scripts to educate a broad audience new to business analysis. The training content aims to enable learners with no prior knowledge of the Business Analyst role to understand its fundamentals and prepare them for an entry-level position in the field. You will work with a team of instructional designers, project managers, and a media team to write scripts, questions, and exercises.
Responsibilities:
In your role as a Business Analyst Writer for Educational Content with SureSkills’ Learning Design team, your primary responsibilities will include:
Creating initial scripts in your area of expertise, utilizing research and strong writing abilities to ensure content is educationally effective and well-structured.
Collaborating closely with global stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop impactful learning content.
Leveraging your experience in on-demand Business Analysis education and industry expertise to design and deliver engaging, story-driven educational content for beginners.
Working on various aspects of learning curriculum development, including eLearning, hands-on labs, videos, assessments, and certifications.
Seamlessly integrating into the instructional design process, while also contributing to storyboard creation, answering queries, and enhancing learning experiences.
Drafting precise and pedagogically robust assessment questions, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
Identifying and incorporating industry best practices in learning design, delivery, and technology to enhance our client offerings.
Proactively addressing and resolving issues to ensure all content is complete, accurate, and surpasses client expectations.
Qualifications and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an MBA, is typically required.
5+ years’ experience creating educational content on the subject of Business Analysis.
5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
