Job Description
We are looking for an experienced logistics coordinator to manage all aspects of logistics throughout
our supply chain. A successful logistics coordinator should be able to ensure efficient and cost-effective
supply chain operations. You should also be able to promptly resolve distribution issues and have strong
negotiation skills. Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe,
efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s).
Duties & Responsibilities
Managing financial accounting, MIS reporting, internal control and cash flow management.
Working closely with the CEO and rest of the management team and provide them with reports/inputs as may be necessary for managerial decision making.
Develops the Logistics function’s strategic objectives, business plan, and budget.
Follows industry standards, monitoring trends and practices in terms of logistics planning developments.
Analyzes logistics fundamentals including availability, supply chain management, and fleet optimization.
Setting up accounting and reporting systems, processes and policies .
Preparation of financial statements in compliance with local GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Coordinates shipping schedules to increase efficiency through exploiting related resources and leveraging economies of scale to negotiate more competitive price points from logistics agencies.
Managing treasury/cash flow functions- servicing of debt and ensuring compliance with loan covenants
Able to manage the internal / external audit requirements and conduct periodic reviews on implemented controls.
Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
· Identify and propose opportunities to grow the business with existing customers.
Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
Oversee the entire logistics operations of the country of location.
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
Evaluate and report on KPIs.
Ensures activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans if needed.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
Leads or commissions suitable information security awareness, training and educational activities.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in supply chain Management, Materials Management, Economics, Industrial
Management, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, and Management Information Systems with related experience including supervisory responsibilities.
A master’s degree in any of the above fields is preferred backed up with strong professional experience. (Preferable)
Candidate with a minimum of 2 – 5 years of Kuwait forwarding experience, self-motivated, multi-
tasking, and managing both indoor and outdoor tasks are required and has a capacity in a freight
forwarding environment.
Experience in Customs, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation Management /
Freight Forwarding / Warehousing Domain Knowledge is preferable.

يطور الأهداف الإستراتيجية وخطة العمل والميزانية للوظيفة اللوجستية.
يتبع معايير الصناعة ومراقبة الاتجاهات والممارسات فيما يتعلق بتطورات التخطيط اللوجستي.
يحلل أساسيات الخدمات اللوجستية بما في ذلك التوافر وإدارة سلسلة التوريد وتحسين الأسطول.
إعداد أنظمة وعمليات وسياسات المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير.
إعداد البيانات المالية بما يتوافق مع مبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عموماً (مبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة عموماً) المحلية.
ينسق جداول الشحن لزيادة الكفاءة من خلال استغلال الموارد ذات الصلة والاستفادة من وفورات الحجم للتفاوض على نقاط أسعار أكثر تنافسية من الوكالات اللوجستية.
إدارة وظائف الخزانة / التدفق النقدي - خدمة الديون وضمان الامتثال لشروط القروض
القدرة على إدارة متطلبات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي وإجراء مراجعات دورية للضوابط المنفذة.
قم بتحليل البيانات من عمليات الشحن والتسليم للعثور على الاختناقات والمشكلات الأخرى.
· تحديد واقتراح الفرص لتنمية الأعمال التجارية مع العملاء الحاليين.
تحليل وتحسين الإجراءات اللوجستية.
- الاتصال والتفاوض مع الموردين وتجار التجزئة.
مراقبة الشحنات والتكاليف والجداول الزمنية والإنتاجية.
تنظيم وإدارة المخزون والتخزين والنقل.
الإشراف على العمليات اللوجستية بأكملها في بلد الموقع.
ابحث عن حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة لعمليات سلسلة التوريد.
التواصل والتفاوض مع الموردين والبائعين للحصول على صفقات أكثر ربحية.
تقييم والإبلاغ عن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
يضمن معايير النشاط للتنقيب عن المكالمات والمواعيد والعروض التقديمية والمقترحات والإغلاقات.
يساعد في تطوير وتنفيذ خطط التسويق إذا لزم الأمر.
يطور خطة عمل واستراتيجية مبيعات للسوق تضمن تحقيق أهداف مبيعات الشركة وربحيتها.
يقود أو يكلف بالتوعية والتدريب والأنشطة التعليمية المناسبة لأمن المعلومات.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات التعليمية
درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، إدارة المواد، الاقتصاد، الصناعة
الإدارة وإدارة العمليات والمالية والمحاسبة ونظم المعلومات الإدارية مع الخبرة ذات الصلة بما في ذلك المسؤوليات الإشرافية.
يفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير في أي من المجالات المذكورة أعلاه مدعومة بخبرة مهنية قوية. (المفضل)
المرشح مع ما لا يقل عن 2 - 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال الشحن في الكويت، لديهم دوافع ذاتية، ومتعددة
يعد تكليف المهام وإدارة المهام الداخلية والخارجية أمرًا مطلوبًا ولديه القدرة على الشحن
بيئة الشحن.
خبرة في الجمارك وإدارة سلسلة التوريد والخدمات اللوجستية وإدارة النقل /
يفضل معرفة مجال الشحن / التخزين.
