A. Accountabilities:
- Evaluate the technical work carried out by network engineers, guiding them through the stages of work, evaluating their acquired scientific experience, and ensuring the quality of their work.
- Prepare plans and timetables for implementing projects to develop and modernize network systems and ancillary programs, discussing the cost and identifying appropriate alternatives & suggest appropriate procedures and recommendations.
- Review and audit the outputs of systems and programs to ensure their conformity with technical specifications and standards while adhering to business requirements.
- Prepare technical specifications for the hardware and software used by network engineers by preparing the necessary studies on the technologies and tools that serve network systems.
- Prepare and implementing the technical presentation to clarify the proposed network systems for the beneficiary and ensure that they meet the required needs.
- Train and developing network engineers on new systems and programs to develop their skills and provide them with the necessary experience to improve their performance.
- Carry out work similar to or related to the work assigned by the direct manager.
B. Experience:
- 18/- years of experience in same role.
- Relevant English Skills.
C. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer or Electronics engineering or Equivalent.
D. Certifications:
- CCIE Security is a must , Validity: 10/- Years.
- CCIE Routing and Switching (infrastructure) is a must , Validity - 10/- Years.
- CCIE Data Center is a must , Validity: 3/- Years.

أ. المسؤوليات:
- تقييم الأعمال الفنية التي يقوم بها مهندسو الشبكات وتوجيههم خلال مراحل العمل وتقييم خبراتهم العلمية المكتسبة والتأكد من جودة عملهم.
- إعداد الخطط والجداول الزمنية لتنفيذ مشاريع تطوير وتحديث أنظمة الشبكات والبرامج المساعدة ومناقشة التكلفة وتحديد البدائل المناسبة واقتراح الإجراءات والتوصيات المناسبة.
- مراجعة وتدقيق مخرجات الأنظمة والبرامج للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات والمعايير الفنية مع الالتزام بمتطلبات العمل.
- إعداد المواصفات الفنية للأجهزة والبرامج التي يستخدمها مهندسو الشبكات من خلال إعداد الدراسات اللازمة حول التقنيات والأدوات التي تخدم أنظمة الشبكات.
- إعداد وتنفيذ العرض الفني لتوضيح أنظمة الشبكة المقترحة للمستفيد والتأكد من تلبيتها للاحتياجات المطلوبة.
- تدريب وتطوير مهندسي الشبكات على الأنظمة والبرامج الجديدة لتطوير مهاراتهم وتزويدهم بالخبرة اللازمة لتحسين أدائهم.
- - القيام بأعمال مشابهة أو مرتبطة بالعمل الذي يكلفه به الرئيس المباشر.
ب. الخبرة:
- 18 / - سنوات من الخبرة في نفس الدور.
- مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية ذات الصلة.
ج. التعليم:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات أو الكمبيوتر أو هندسة الإلكترونيات أو ما يعادلها.
د. الشهادات:
- أمان CCIE أمر لا بد منه، الصلاحية: 10/- سنوات.
- يعد توجيه وتحويل CCIE (البنية التحتية) أمرًا ضروريًا، والصلاحية - 10 سنوات.
- يعد مركز بيانات CCIE أمرًا ضروريًا، الصلاحية: 3/- سنوات.
