- Enshaat Al-Sayer General Trading and Contracting is a Kuwait-based Engineering, Construction, Contracting and Trading Company, with over 27 years in the industry, providing professional services and maintenance to organizations both in the governmental and private sectors in a wide spectrum of fields
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing cost estimates of materials, manpower, quantity measurements, preparations of bill of quantities on the assigned project.
Location: Al Ahmadi
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for the projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Collaborate with the project departments to develop budgets and monitor project costs throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and drawings..
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage any contract variations.
- Monitor and control project costs reports.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction, oil and gas industry.
- Member of Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and standards.
- Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

- درجة البكالوريوس في المهندس المدني.

- عضو جمعية المهندسين الكويتية.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات البناء والإجراءات والمعايير.

- ممتازة مهارات حل التحليلية ومشكلة.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض وإدارة العقود.
- اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق وبشكل مستقل.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- القدرة على تحديد الأولويات وإدارة مشاريع متعددة.
