Responsibilities
Analyze BOQ, drawings, load schedules, and project specifications to estimate UPS and capacitor bank ratings
Coordinate with the Senior Sales Engineer to prepare accurate commercial offers
Prepare and arrange source documents, technical submittals, and compliance statements for client and consultant approvals
Communicate with manufacturers to resolve technical queries from the site
Follow up with technicians and maintain detailed site reports
Prepare approval files and submit them to MEW for necessary approvals
Maintain stock inventory reports for UPS systems and capacitor bank panels
Prepare delivery notes and invoices and keep all related documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Valid KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineers) membership card
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UPS/Capacitor Bank systems or similar fields

التواصل مع المصنعين لحل الاستفسارات الفنية من الموقع
متابعة الفنيين والحفاظ على تقارير مفصلة للموقع
إعداد ملفات الموافقة وتقديمها إلى MEW للحصول على الموافقات اللازمة
الحفاظ على تقارير المخزون لأنظمة UPS ولوحات بنوك المكثفات
إعداد ملاحظات التسليم والفواتير وحفظ جميع المستندات المتعلقة
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة
بطاقة عضوية سارية في جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (KSE)
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أنظمة UPS/بنوك المكثفات أو مجالات مشابهة
للإناث فقط
