Who we are looking for:

• We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Cloud Support Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team.

Requirements:

• Education: Typically, a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: Certifications specific to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Google Professional Cloud Architect) are highly beneficial.
• Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting cloud-based infrastructure and data services.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with major cloud service providers like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Specific knowledge of cloud storage, computing, networking, and security services provided by these platforms.
• Database Management: Experience with database administration, setup, and maintenance, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Ability to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. Hands-on experience or familiarity with Snowflake or equivalent a plus.
