الواجبات والمسؤوليات

• - القيام بأنشطة الورديات اليومية ومتابعة المشاكل. 
• فحص الأنظمة المتعلقة بالكهرباء وإعداد التقارير والإبلاغ عن أي خلل يتم ملاحظته إلى المستويات العليا وتسجيله في دفتر السجل. 
• الصيانة المناسبة لنظام الأتمتة وتحديث المعرفة في PLCs ومحركات الأقراص (محركات VVVF و DC) والأجهزة الأخرى، وأخذ النسخ الاحتياطية للبرامج، وحفظ البرامج بشكل آمن وتحميل / تنزيل البرامج على المعدات ذات الصلة وصيانة هذه الأنظمة بشكل جيد. 
• حضور الأعطال وتقليل التأخيرات وعمليات إيقاف التشغيل غير المخطط لها وإجراء تحليل التأخير بمساعدة أنظمة القياس في الوقت الفعلي واتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لتقليل التأخير. 
• مراقبة ومراجعة فترات التوقف عن العمل بشكل منتظم أثناء التشغيل؛ ويقيم ويحدد الأسباب المحتملة لذلك، ويرسم خطة لتقليل أو منع حدوثه. 
• اتباع قواعد وأنظمة الشركة مثل إجازة الشركة السنوية والإجازة المرضية وساعات العمل وجدول المناوبات وأيام الإجازة وتعليمات السلامة وكذلك اتباع قواعد الهيئة / الوزارة.

مشغل مركبات ثقيلة

قد تشمل الواجبات على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: 

• اعتني بالسلامة العامة والتدبير المنزلي.  
• يجب على الموظف أن يحافظ بعناية فائقة على حالة العمل الجيدة لجميع ممتلكات الشركة داخل منطقته وخارجها.  
• الإبلاغ عن أي حادث وقع خلال كل وردية.  
• تغذية كمية كافية من المواد في كل وردية.  
• إجراء فحوصات السلامة والصيانة اليومية، والإبلاغ عن أي خلل أو متطلبات لإصلاح الصيانة.  
• إجراء التنظيف اليومي للمركبة بعد الاستخدام أو حسب الحاجة.  
• تأكد من تخزين المركبة الثقيلة بشكل آمن ومأمون بعد الاستخدام. 

أخصائي الهيدروليك والنيوماتيك

قد تشمل الواجبات على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

• تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة (الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية) لجميع الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والأنظمة الهوائية بمساعدة الميكانيكي، وفقًا لقوائم المراجعة اليومية وخطة الصيانة الوقائية SAP.
• فحص نظام المنطقة المسؤولة/المخصصة، والإبلاغ عن أي خلل كبير إلى المستوى الأعلى وتسجيله في السجل وقوائم المراجعة الخاصة بـ SAP
• تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية للقضاء على التشوهات التي تم تحديدها بمساعدة الميكانيكي
• فهم شامل لجميع الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والأنظمة الهوائية ودوائرها ومكونات النظام بحيث يمكن تقليل وقت الصيانة عن طريق حل المشكلات بسرعة لضمان أقصى قدر من توفر المعدات
• تنفيذ التعليمات الصادرة من الإدارة
• التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى والعمل بروح الفريق
• القيام يوميا بالزيوت الهيدروليكية للأنظمة المختلفة، وعمل قائمة قطع الغيار، والصيانة السليمة للأنظمة، والمعدات / المرافق / القيام بأعمال الإصلاح، والحفاظ على قطع الغيار جاهزة.
• دراسة المخططات/ الرسومات لدوائر الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية، واختيار الأدوات المناسبة للمهام الخاصة/الحرجة، وحفظها، والعمل بفعالية لتقليل تكاليف الصيانة.
• مسؤول عن التدبير المنزلي المناسب وتنظيف المعدات والأدوات ومناطق العمل. تنظيف مناطق المعدات بعد أي مهمة صيانة
• اتباع قواعد وأنظمة الشركة مثل الإجازة السنوية للشركة، والإجازة المرضية، وساعات العمل، وجدول المناوبات، وأيام الإجازة، وتعليمات السلامة والقواعد التي تحددها الهيئة/ الوزارة
• يؤدي المهام والواجبات الأخرى التي قد يكلفه بها رئيسه

مشغل LRF الرئيسي

قد تشمل الواجبات على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

• إجراء فحص / قائمة فحص ما قبل التشغيل، وتجارب المعدات و
• أي تشوهات لاحظت أن يتم الإبلاغ عنها إلى الرئيس المباشر.
• إعداد وجاهزية القوات المسلحة والتجهيزات والوحدات المساعدة لها
• العملية، بما في ذلك عملية تحميل المعلمة.
• القيام بجميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالعملية الحرارية: استلام المغرفة،
• نشاط التطهير، التسخين، إضافات السبائك، التشذيب، التحكم في الخبث،
• أخذ العينات / نشاط درجة الحرارة ورفع الحرارة للعجلات وفقًا لـ
• مخطط تدفق العملية / معيار العملية.
• يجب عليه التأكد من الامتثال بنسبة 100٪ لرفع الكيمياء ورفع درجة الحرارة والحرارة الفائقة. ويجب تقديم أي انحراف إلى رئيسه المباشر على الفور. SMP-LRF-W-02
• التنسيق مع SIC المقاومة للحرارة لخطة دوران المغرفة وخليج المغرفة
• للتنصت على حالة المغرفة، وسدادة التطهير، وحالة شفة المغرفة. خطة دوران المغرفة
• التنسيق مع مشرف EAF / LF ومشغل الرافعة المعدنية الساخنة

مشرف صيانة ميكانيكية

قد تشمل الواجبات على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

• الإشراف عن كثب على أنشطة الصيانة وتنفيذها والتحكم فيها (الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية) بمساعدة أخصائي هيدروليكي ونيوماتيكي وفني ميكانيكي ولحام وفقًا لأوامر عمل PM من SAP
• فحص معدات المنطقة المسؤولة / المخصصة، والإبلاغ عن أي خلل كبير إلى المستوى الأعلى وتسجيله في السجل وقوائم التحقق من SAP
• تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لإزالة التشوهات التي تم تحديدها بمساعدة أخصائي هيدروليكي ونيوماتي، وفني ميكانيكي، وعامل لحام
• حضور الأعطال وتقليل التأخير وعمليات الإغلاق غير المخطط لها.
• تنفيذ التعليمات الصادرة من الإدارة.
• التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى والعمل بروح الفريق.
• - القيام بأنشطة الورديات اليومية ومتابعة المشاكل.
• الصيانة المناسبة للمعدات / المرافق وتنفيذ أعمال الإصلاح والحفاظ على قطع الغيار جاهزة.
• دراسة رسومات النظام/المعدات، واختيار الأدوات المناسبة للمهام الخاصة/الحرجة، وحفظها والعمل بفعالية لتقليل تكلفة الصيانة.
• مسؤول عن التدبير المنزلي المناسب وتنظيف المعدات والأدوات ومناطق العمل وتنظيف مناطق المعدات بعد أي مهمة صيانة.
• اتباع قواعد وأنظمة الشركة، مثل الإجازة السنوية للشركة، والإجازة المرضية، وساعات العمل، وجدول المناوبات، وأيام الإجازة، وتعليمات السلامة وكذلك القواعد التي تحددها الهيئة / الوزارة.
• يؤدي المهام والواجبات الأخرى التي قد يكلفه بها رئيسه.

محلل أعمال - إدارة رأس المال البشري / عوامل النجاح

الواجبات والمسؤوليات

• مراجعة وتحليل وتقييم العمليات التجارية لإدارة رأس المال البشري.
• تصميم وتخصيص وتكوين واختبار SAP HCM و SuccessFactors
• التأكد من توفر الحلول للمستخدمين.
• مساعدة الأعمال من خلال تقديم الدعم وطرح حلول جديدة حول حلول إدارة رأس المال البشري.
• تنفيذ ودعم حلول أفضل الممارسات عبر الأعمال.
• ضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للنظام.
• إجراء تحليل مفصل لمتطلبات العمليات التجارية المعقدة وتوفير حلول النظام المناسبة؛ تحديد وتفسير والتحقق من صحة وتوثيق متطلبات العملاء.
• دعم مستخدمي الأعمال في تقديم تدريب المستخدم النهائي كما هو مطلوب
• توفير التدريب المخصص ودعم المستخدم كما هو مطلوب.
• إنشاء وإدارة مسارات مشروع SAP لتنفيذ القدرات أو نشرها كما هو مطلوب: المخططات، وتحليل الفجوات، وتصميم العمليات الشاملة، واستراتيجية الاختبار، وخطط الاستبدال، والتدريب، وما إلى ذلك.
• توثيق التصاميم الوظيفية وحالات الاختبار والنتائج
• إنشاء مواصفات وظيفية لكائنات تطوير التطبيقات (الواجهات والتحويلات والتحسينات والتقارير والنماذج) وتوجيه تطوير تلك البرامج داخل فريق التطوير.
