Foreman
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in industrial/mechanical
- engineering with with 8-10 years knowledge about industrial manufacturing cycle and production timelines to ensure effective and timely delivery.
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific plant equipment.
- Must possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude; Ability to promote and implement ideas successfully.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to all decision-making.
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all levels within an organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word).
