Operations Coordinator

- We are hiring! Looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team.
- Salary: 300- 400KD (non negotiable)
- Location: Kuwait city
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ● Assist in administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- ● Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
- ● Coordinate logistics for projects and events.
- ● Support inventory management and procurement processes.
- ● Prepare documentation and reports for internal use.
- ● Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- ● Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementation.
- ● Provide general support to the operations team as needed.
- ● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- ● Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
SKILLS:
- ● Effective communication and coordination among staff involved in daily operations.
- ● Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- ● Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations
- ● Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines are equally important.
- ● Ability to work under pressure along with ability to make fast decisions.
- ● Problem solving skills.
- ● Following up on tasks with the concerned person and reporting to the Operations
- Manager on a daily basis
- ● Taking responsibility for task completions. Meaning that work cannot be delayed due to
- outside factors, and following up is key.
