Logistics Coordinator
Require a full time logistics coordinator who will perform the below tasks:
- Coordinate with international suppliers with regards to readiness of ordered goods
- Based on goods readiness, finalize mode of shipping for items
- Nomination of Freight Forwarder(FF) based on quotes provided
- Coordination with FF and supplier for goods pick-up and shipping
- Ensuring shipping docs are properly drafted and prepared as per clearance requirements
- Coordination with FFs for clearance of goods and delivery
- Correspondence with internal team with regards to ETA of goods
- Sending defect claims to suppliers on a monthly basis
- Using company courier accounts to satisfy e-commerce deliveries to international customers and coordinating delivery of shipping docs
- Validating delivery of goods in the ERP system once goods are delivered physically
- Coordination with 3rd party logistics warehouse team with regards to billable CBM on monthly basis
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: KD300 - KD450 per month
