Hiring for a Swimming Pool related company in Qiblah, Kuwait City
- Immediate joiners. Ahli Visa 18, under 45 years of age.
- 5+ years of experience , 450- 550 KD, 6 days, 7am -5 pm + transportation.
Duties:
- 1) Assigning tasks to Maintenance team, and following up/updating on their job in site.
- 2) Following up on daily work orders.
- 3) Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
- 4) Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
- 5) Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
- 6) Design and detail structures for the project.
- 7) Oversee development of construction drawings for accuracy and conformance with design requirements.
- 8) Act as project engineer of construction projects of moderate difficulty. 9) Direct the work of technical staff on specific projects.
- 10)Prepare cost, labor, material, and work day estimates for projects.
- 11) Ability to generate reports upon request.
