1-Senior Design Engineer

JOB OBJECTIVES

  • 1. To lead and manage a team of professional Design Engineers.
  • 2. To develop designs from project specifications.
  • 3. To allocate, prioritise and check work of a team of Design Engineers.
  • 4. To check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender.
  • 5. To prepare and check material data sheets and material take off reports.
  • 6. To document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction completions from design & validation reports from Project Engineers.
  • 7. To incorporate feed back from projects and customers for design clarification and modifications during the development and construction project phases.

2-Laboratory Instrumentation Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments such as spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and pH meters.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot instrument malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
  • Ensure that all instruments are properly calibrated and meet quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with scientists and researchers to identify instrument needs and recommend upgrades or replacements.

3-Senior Accountant

JOB OBJECTIVES

  • The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
  •  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports, as well as providing financial analysis and support to the management team.

4-Procurement Engineer

ESSENTIAL WORK ACTIVITIES

5-Mechanical Project Engineer

JOB OBJECTIVES

  • 1. To monitor and assign work to Site Engineers in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and limits of authority.
  • 2. To monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organisational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.
  • 3. To handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company Procedures and
  • Procurement department activities.
  • 4. To undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties.
  • 5. To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
  • 6. To undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met.
  • 7. To be responsible and report on the scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects of construction and or maintenance activity.
  • 8. To act as a liaison with contractors and clients managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope.
  • 9. To review and evaluate technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission to consultants and clients according to required project standards.
  • 10. To assist the Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer in preparation of Sub Contract agreements and to recruit people for his area of discipline.

6-Quality Control Inspector

7-CADD Operator

JOB OBJECTIVES
  • 1. To produce accurate workshop drawings, section & detail drawings, and floor plans.
  • 2. To maintain the currency of drawings in accordance with specific directions.
  • 3. To help maintain an efficient & effective drawing service to internal customers and the external client and associates.

1- مهندس تصميم أول

أهداف الوظيفة

  • 1. قيادة وإدارة فريق من مهندسي التصميم المحترفين.
  • 2. تطوير التصاميم من مواصفات المشروع.
  • 3. توزيع وتحديد أولويات وفحص عمل فريق مهندسي التصميم.
  • 4. فحص وتقييم مواصفات التصميم والمواد الخاصة بالعطاءات.
  • 5. إعداد وفحص أوراق بيانات المواد وتقارير سحب المواد.
  • 6. توثيق وتسجيل وإعداد التقارير عن الاجتماعات وتقدم الأعمال وإكمال البناء من تقارير التصميم والتحقق من مهندسي المشروع.
  • 7. دمج ردود الفعل من المشاريع والعملاء لتوضيح التصميم والتعديلات أثناء مراحل تطوير وبناء المشروع.

2- فني أجهزة مختبرية

المسؤوليات:

  • معايرة وصيانة الأجهزة المعملية مثل أجهزة قياس الطيف، وأجهزة الكروماتوغرافيا، وأجهزة قياس الرقم الهيدروجيني.
  • إجراء عمليات التفتيش الروتينية والصيانة الوقائية على المعدات المختبرية.
  • تشخيص الأعطال في الأجهزة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وإجراء الإصلاحات اللازمة.
  • تأكد من أن جميع الأدوات معايرة بشكل صحيح وتلبي معايير مراقبة الجودة.
  • التعاون مع العلماء والباحثين لتحديد احتياجات الأجهزة والتوصية بالترقيات أو الاستبدالات.

3- محاسب أول

أهداف الوظيفة

  • يعتبر المحاسب الرئيسي مسؤولاً عن إدارة جميع المعاملات المالية، من المدفوعات الثابتة والنفقات المتغيرة إلى الودائع المصرفية والميزانيات.
  •  يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي لديه خلفية قوية في المحاسبة والمالية، مع ما لا يقل عن 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في دور مماثل. 
  • سيكونون مسؤولين عن ضمان دقة وسلامة السجلات والتقارير المالية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم التحليل المالي والدعم لفريق الإدارة.

5-مهندس مشروع ميكانيكي

أهداف الوظيفة

  • 1. مراقبة وتوزيع العمل على مهندسي الموقع وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة وحدود السلطة.
  • 2. مراقبة والتحكم في النفقات المتعلقة بأعمال المشروع والتأكد من تلبية التوقعات والميزانيات التنظيمية لهذه النفقات.
  • 3. التعامل مع أنشطة المشتريات المتعلقة بالعقود والعقود الفرعية وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة و
  • أنشطة قسم المشتريات.
  • 4. إجراء إحاطات للفريق وأنشطة البدء لضمان فهم جميع الأطراف المعنية لجميع جوانب العمل.
  • 5. التأكد من تنفيذ معايير وإجراءات السلامة واتباعها وفقًا لمتطلبات العقد وإرشادات الشركة.

  • 9. مراجعة وتقييم العروض الفنية والرسومات التنفيذية قبل تقديمها إلى الاستشاريين والعملاء وفقًا لمعايير المشروع المطلوبة.
  • 10. مساعدة مدير المشروع / مهندس المشروع الكبير في إعداد اتفاقيات العقود الفرعية وتجنيد الأشخاص في مجال تخصصه.

6- مفتش مراقبة الجودة
