Positions Required.
A well reputed company in Kuwait is looking for the following positions.
1) Head of Construction Division
[object NodeList][object NodeList]- ▪ Demonstrate ability to manage concurrently multi-discipline projects involving other
- senior engineers and subcontractors.
- ▪ Responsible for resource planning, cost estimating, cost control, and risk management.
- ▪ Provide technical leadership for site team for managing construction Project.
- ▪ Prepare proposals independently for clients.
- ▪ Steer and develop the company's construction team
- ▪ Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years of professional experience.
- ▪ Worked as a Project Manager for at least 3+ years having executed multi discipline projects.
- ▪ Kuwait Society of Engineers Valid Registration
- ▪ PMI Certification is preferred.
- ▪ PE registration is a plus, but not required.
- ▪ Being LEED accredited is a plus, but not required.
2) Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 5-10 years of professional experience.
- Experience in designing and developing MEP projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to perform engineering calculations, specify, size, and layout power, lighting, security, and fire alarm systems.
- Kuwait Society of Engineers Valid Registration
- PMI Certification is preferred.
- PE registration is a plus, but not required.
3) QA / QC Engineer Construction
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 5-10 years of professional experience.
- Review and understand construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
- Participate in site investigations and data collection.
- Help prepare material estimates and cost calculations.
- Assist with obtaining permits and other necessary documentation.
- Perform basic quality control inspections of materials and workmanship.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or discrepancies to the Resident Engineer.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports and documentation.
- Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
