JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- A past experience in similar position.
- Arab Nationalities preferred.
- Transferable Kuwaiti residency.
- Prefer Joining Immediately.
- Local hiring only (inside Kuwait).
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written, as well as a pleasant voice for effective communication.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible
- Ability to operate customer support software and systems.
