Pediatric Rheumatology Nurse
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Pediatric Rheumatology Nurse at Farwaniya Hospital located in Farwaniya.
- As a Pediatric Rheumatology Nurse, your day-to-day tasks will include providing specialized nursing care to pediatric patients with rheumatologic conditions in the outpatient and inpatient setting.
- You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans and provide support to patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey. The Pediatric Rheumatology division in Farwaniya Hospital is a new service and collaboration and a team approach is required.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients during clinic and phone/email follow ups.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans.
- Help in counselling around medications & medication teaching.
- Assist in procedures (intra-articular injections).
Qualifications
- Arabic & English language proficiency (written & spoken)
- Valid nursing license and registration in the country
- Specialization and training in pediatric nursing
- BLS and PALS certification.
- Experience in providing nursing care to pediatric patients with rheumatologic conditions (preferable)
- Knowledge of pediatric rheumatology disorders, treatments, and medications (preferable)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع كممرضة أمراض الروماتيزم للأطفال في مستشفى الفروانية الواقع في الفروانية.
- باعتبارك ممرضًا متخصصًا في أمراض الروماتيزم لدى الأطفال، ستشمل مهامك اليومية تقديم رعاية تمريضية متخصصة للمرضى الأطفال المصابين بأمراض الروماتيزم في العيادات الخارجية والداخلية.
- ستتعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات لتطوير وتنفيذ خطط الرعاية وتقديم الدعم للمرضى وأسرهم طوال رحلة الرعاية الصحية الخاصة بهم. يعد قسم أمراض الروماتيزم للأطفال في مستشفى الفروانية خدمة جديدة ويتطلب التعاون ونهج الفريق.
المسؤوليات

مؤهلات
- إجادة اللغة العربية واللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثا)
- رخصة تمريض سارية المفعول وتسجيل في الدولة
- التخصص والتدريب في تمريض الأطفال
- شهادة BLS و PALS.
- - خبرة في تقديم الرعاية التمريضية لمرضى الأطفال الذين يعانون من أمراض الروماتيزم (يفضل)
- معرفة اضطرابات الروماتيزم عند الأطفال وعلاجاتها وأدويتها (يفضل)
- مهارات قوية في التقييم السريري والتفكير النقدي
- اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين
- القدرة على العمل بشكل فعال في فريق متعدد التخصصات
- الالتزام بتقديم الرعاية الرحيمة والمتمركزة حول المريض
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والمهارات التنظيمية القوية
