Job Description:
- Experience: 8-12 years
FIELD ENGINEER - PIPING:
- A Piping Field Engineer in the oil and gas industry is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of piping systems used in the extraction, transportation, and processing of oil and gas.
- This role involves ensuring that all piping systems are constructed and maintained to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and review designs for piping systems, including layouts, isometric drawings, and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data for design purposes.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and material lists.
- Assist in planning and scheduling piping projects.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Supervise the installation of piping systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Inspect ongoing and completed construction work to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
