Position: Sr. Accountant
Job Purpose
To assist the Department Head in developing and implementing the department financial strategies and cost control, drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Lead the accounting team in executing day-to-day financial operations and controlling the monthly inventory of stores and production process. Support strategic initiatives and contribute to the company's growth objectives by providing financial guidance and recommendations.
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CMA, CFA or CPA designation is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance department in manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in accounting software (MS Dynamix) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• English written and spoken - advanced level
• Preferably of Indian, Palestinian, or Jordanian nationalities

غرض الوظيفة
مساعدة رئيس القسم في تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المالية للقسم ومراقبة التكاليف، وتوجيه عملية إعداد الميزانية السنوية والتوقعات، والإشراف على إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير المحاسبة والمتطلبات التنظيمية. قيادة فريق المحاسبة في تنفيذ العمليات المالية اليومية والتحكم في المخزون الشهري للمخازن وعملية الإنتاج. دعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية والمساهمة في أهداف نمو الشركة من خلال تقديم التوجيه والتوصيات المالية.
المؤهلات والخبرة
• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة
• يفضل الحصول على شهادة CMA أو CFA أو CPA
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في قسم المالية في صناعة التصنيع
• إجادة برامج المحاسبة (MS Dynamix) ومهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Excel
• اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة - مستوى متقدم
• يفضل أن يكون من الجنسية الهندية أو الفلسطينية أو الأردنية
