About this job
- Our client is in the Orthopedic and Spinal Surgery space, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge technologies and solutions. They are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of HR to lead a dynamic HR team.
- In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top talent across the EMEA region. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure HR policies and practices align with our business goals and foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic HR plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives for the EMEA region.
- Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and direction on all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the Orthopedic and Spinal Surgery field across the EMEA region.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations across diverse EMEA countries.
- Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment and addressing any employee concerns or grievances promptly.
- Manage the development and implementation of compensation and benefit programs that are competitive and attractive to top talent.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Partner with business leaders across the EMEA region to understand their HR needs and provide strategic advice and support.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices in the Orthopedic and Spinal Surgery industry.
About You:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the Medical Device or Orthopedic & Spinal Surgery industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a global or multi-regional environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
- Experience in managing a diverse HR team and fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of employees and senior management.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations across the EMEA region is a plus.
- Passion for the Orthopedic and Spinal Surgery field and a commitment to improving patient care.
