Contracts Manager
Job Summary:
- The position is allocated in the Project Core Team (Kuwait) and will be responsible for all contract-related matters on this project.
- The tasks include contract administration and/or management with all involved parties, i.e., contractors, consultants, etc.
Key Roles / Responsibilities:
- Ensure potential claims, contractual disputes and commercial-oriented matters are addressed and are in compliance with Project requirements
- Role holder will report to the Project Director and will liaise closely with relevant Core Team members. In addition, he/she will interact closely with his counterpart on the Client’s side and other project stakeholders to protect the interests of the Client
Education / Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor of science degree in Engineering
- Experience in Pre-Contracts including Contracts Strategies, RFQ, Tender Preparation, Bidder Pre-qualification, Bid Clarification, Evaluation and Recommendation, and Tender Award
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in GCC with expertise in FIDIC & NEC
- Should be a strong negotiator and communicator with strategic thinking
- Experience in airport projects is preferred
- Arabic speakers are preferred

المتطلبات التعليمية / المهارية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم الهندسية
- الخبرة في العقود المسبقة بما في ذلك استراتيجيات العقود وطلبات الأسعار وإعداد العطاءات والتأهيل المسبق للمتقدمين وتوضيح العطاءات والتقييم والتوصية ومنح العطاءات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي مع خبرة في FIDIC و NEC
- يجب أن يكون مفاوضًا قويًا ومُحاورًا يتمتع بالتفكير الاستراتيجي
