Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Dispatcher Supervisor to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our baked goods to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dispatch operations and supervise dispatch staff.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure timely distribution.
- Monitor and track delivery routes and drivers.
- Ensure compliance with delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Address and resolve any delivery issues or customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and delivery logs.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure order accuracy and readiness.
- Manage and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency.
- Train and mentor dispatch staff on best practices and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher Supervisor, Dispatch Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of dispatch operations and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and MS Office.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- High school diploma; additional certification in logistics or transportation is a plus.

نحن نبحث حاليًا عن مشرف توزيع منظم وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق المخابز لدينا. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على عمليات التوزيع، وضمان تسليم المخبوزات في الوقت المناسب وبكفاءة للعملاء.
المسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على عمليات الإرسال اليومية والإشراف على موظفي الإرسال.
- تنسيق وجدولة عمليات التسليم لضمان التوزيع في الوقت المناسب.
- مراقبة وتتبع طرق التسليم والسائقين.
- ضمان الالتزام بجداول التسليم ومتطلبات العملاء.
- معالجة وحل أي مشاكل تتعلق بالتسليم أو شكاوى العملاء.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الإرسال وسجلات التسليم.
- التعاون مع فريق الإنتاج لضمان دقة الطلب وجاهزيته.
- إدارة وتحسين طرق التسليم لتحسين الكفاءة.
- تدريب وتوجيه موظفي الإرسال حول أفضل الممارسات وإجراءات السلامة.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وأنظمة النقل.
متطلبات:
- خبرة مثبتة كمشرف إرسال أو مدير إرسال أو دور مماثل.
- فهم قوي لعمليات الإرسال والخدمات اللوجستية.
- قدرات تنظيمية ومهارات تعدد المهام ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
- تواصل قوي ومهارات تواصل مع الآخرين.
- الكفاءة في برامج الإرسال و MS Office.
- مهارات حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز الفريق.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة، مع وجود شهادة إضافية في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية أو النقل.
