Electrical - Project & Estimation Engineer
We have a vacancy for an Electrical Estimation Engineer.
Job Description
- 1. Performing detailed tender review including contractual and commercial terms and proper risk analysis
- 2. Preparing accurate cost estimation and competitive techno-commercial offers
- 3. Building a data base of vendors
- 4. Preparing variation estimation
- 5. Coordinating with Project Execution team and commercial for monitoring costs, preparation of estimation for variation works, valuations and claims
- 6. Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process,
- recommending cost effective solutions. Gather proposals, specifications and related documents.
- 7. Capable of project management, engineering, execution of construction Electrical work
Qualifications
- 1. Must have a Degree in Electrical Engineering with KSE membership
- 2. Must have at least 3 years’ experience
- 3. Kuwaiti Driver’s license
- 4. Must be Able to co-ordinate all tendering functions to ensure good liaison and co-operation between internal departments and external suppliers/vendors
- 5. Must have excellent business and commercial acumen
- 6. Must be a self-motivated, enthusiastic leader with strong leadership and organizational skills
- 7. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
