Foreman
[object NodeList][object NodeList]- • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in industrial/mechanical engineering with with 8-10 years knowledge about industrial manufacturing cycle and production timelines to ensure effective and timely delivery.
- • Sound knowledge of industry-specific plant equipment.
- Knowledge in Plastics Industry will be advantage.
- • Must possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude; Ability to promote and implement ideas successfully.
- • Self-starter with a proactive approach to all decision-making.
- • Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to work effectively and collaborate with all levels within an organization.
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word).
Machine Operator
- • Technical qualification/ITI certification/Diploma.
- • 3-5 years experience as Machine Operator in the plastics industry.
- • Good understanding of production procedures and best practices.
- • Excellent knowledge of safety methods, hazard regulations and raw materials.
- • Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and handbooks.
- • Good physical stamina and keen attention to detail.
