ACCOUNTANT, FINANCIAL ANALYST FOR IMMEDIATE RECRUITMENT
1) Job Description: Accountant
Responsibilities:
[object NodeList][object NodeList]- • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- • Prepare and process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- • Assist in preparing financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- • Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- • Support budgeting and forecasting with financial data and analysis.
- • Assist with internal and external audits.
- • Collaborate with departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- • Maintain documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
- • Participate in special projects as assigned.
- • Perform cost accounting and analyze variances.
Qualifications:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
- • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
- • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance
- requirements in Kuwait or relevant jurisdiction.
- • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies.
- • Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
2) Job Description: Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
- • Analyze financial statements to assess performance and identify trends.
- • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting.
- • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and budgets.
- • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- • Assist in budgeting and planning with financial insights.
- • Evaluate investment opportunities and perform ROI analysis.
- • Collaborate with various departments for data collection and analysis.
- • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics.
- • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- • Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or CFA/CA/CPA preferred.
- • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- • Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- • Adaptable and eager to learn new concepts and technologies.
- • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
- • Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
