Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning and site management under the Head of Construction.
- Assist in the management of construction projects from structural development to finishing stages.
- Conduct cost analysis, quantity take-offs, and budget forecasting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in site engineering and quantity surveying.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with construction software.
- Skills in communication and on-site management.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- دعم تخطيط المشروع وإدارة الموقع تحت إشراف رئيس قسم البناء.
- المساعدة في إدارة مشاريع البناء من التطوير الهيكلي إلى مراحل التشطيب.
- إجراء تحليل التكاليف، وأخذ كميات المواد، وتوقعات الميزانية.
- التعاون مع الأطراف المعنية لضمان تلبية مواصفات المشروع والجدول الزمني.
الشروط
- درجة بكاليريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في هندسة المواقع والمسح الكمي.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وإجادة استخدام برامج البناء.
- مهارات في التواصل وإدارة المواقع.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل وقدرات في حل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بفاعلية ضمن فريق.
