Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Head Waiter to join our team at Lumière Co. in Kuwait City. The Head Waiter will be responsible for managing the dining area, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and upholding our quality standards in food and beverage service.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in customer service, communication, and food service.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
