Accountant Required for Leading Oil & Gas Company ↔️
We are a reputed Oil & Gas company in need of an experienced Accountant with at least 2-3 years of experience in Kuwait. The Accountant will be responsible for daily Payable accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. If you have the expertise and can join immediately, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices/expense bookings, verifying, and recording them accurately.
- Maintaining and reconciling vendor accounts, including monthly statement verification.
- Monitoring and preparing accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payments.
- Disbursing project and admin petty cash, verifying documentation, and recording entries.
- Monthly bank reconciliation.
- Coordinating with the inventory department for timely invoice recording.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintaining historical records and collaborating with departments for accurate records.

نحن شركة نفط وغاز مرموقة تبحث عن محاسب ذو خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في الكويت. سيكون المحاسب مسؤولاً عن العمليات اليومية لحسابات المدفوعات، وضمان الدقة والكفاءة. إذا كنت تمتلك الخبرة ويمكنك الانضمام فوراً، نحن نريدك في فريقنا!المسئوليات الرئيسية:
- معالجة الفواتير / حجز المصاريف، التحقق منها وتسجيلها بدقة.
- الحفاظ على حسابات الموردين وتسويتها، بما في ذلك التحقق من البيانات الشهرية.
- مراقبة وإعداد تقارير شيخوخة الحسابات المستحقة لضمان الدفع في الوقت المحدد.
- صرف النفقات الإدارية والمشروعات، التحقق من الوثائق وتسجيل المدخلات.
- تسوية الحسابات البنكية الشهرية.
- التنسيق مع قسم المخزون لتسجيل الفواتير في الوقت المحدد.
- مساعدة في إغلاق الحسابات بنهاية الشهر والسنة.
- الحفاظ على السجلات التاريخية والتعاون مع الأقسام لضمان دقة السجلات.
