We are a well-established and leading contractor in Kuwait, specializing in the supply, installation, and maintenance of elevators and escalators. We are seeking talented and experienced Sales Engineers to join our team.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Engineers specializing in Elevators. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling elevator products and services, conducting market research, building strong customer relationships, providing technical expertise, and preparing sales proposals. Your role will be integral to driving the growth and success of our elevator division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell elevator products and services to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide technical expertise on elevator products, services, and installations.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, ensuring clear understanding of technical and financial aspects.
- Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (Bilingual proficiency is a must).
- More than 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC, Aluminum, or Elevator (Lifts) industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

وصف الوظيفة:
هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل وموقعها في الموقع لمهندسي المبيعات المتخصصين في المصاعد. ستكون مسؤولياتك كمهندس مبيعات تشمل الترويج وبيع منتجات وخدمات المصاعد، إجراء أبحاث السوق، بناء علاقات مع العملاء، تقديم الخبرة الفنية، وإعداد العروض التجارية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الترويج وبيع منتجات وخدمات المصاعد للعملاء.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد الفرص والاتجاهات الجديدة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين.
- تقديم الخبرة الفنية حول منتجات المصاعد والخدمات والتركيبات.
- إعداد وتقديم العروض التجارية للعملاء، مع ضمان فهم واضح للجوانب الفنية والمالية.
- العمل عن كثب مع الفرق الفنية وفرق المشاريع لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بسلاسة.
المتطلبات:
- الطلاقة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (إجادة ثنائية اللغة أمر ضروري).
- أكثر من 4 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات، ويفضل في مجالات HVAC أو الألومنيوم أو المصاعد (الرافعات).
- معرفة قوية بالمنتجات والخدمات والحلول الخاصة بالمصاعد.
- مهارات تواصل تفاوضية وشخصية ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكذلك ضمن فريق.
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
