I Build General Buildings & Contracting Co. (IBC) is a construction company formed from family gathering . The company has successfully operated in the Kuwait area for the past ten years working on Fit-out Projects, focusing on residential & Commercial projects. ↔️
With the business boom that is occurring in our local area and the desire to improve overall profit margins, the company is planning to shift its target market to the larger fit-out projects. This business plan will lay out our goals and tasks to make this transition successful and create enough market share to succeed in this highly competitive market.

Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Expertise in sales and sales management
- Experience in conducting training sessions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

- Must hold a valid Kuwaiti Driving License

- المعرفة بصناعة البناء ميزة إضافية
- درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو في مجال ذي صلة
- التقديم للإناث فقط
- يجب أن تكون حاملة رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية
