Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Kuwait City. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
Cash Management
- Control cash position on a daily basis.
- Monitor cash flow, revenues, and expenditures, analyzing them to improve financial performance.
Accounts Management
- Control all accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections and payments.
- Follow up on clients' and suppliers’ general ledger, reconciliation, and confirmations.
Inventory Management
- Control and analyze inventory and follow up on the stock count process.
Financial Analysis
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to business plans.
- Analyze and evaluate department profitability and performance.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Financial Closing & Adjustments
- Follow up on closing and adjusting entries at the end of each financial period.
- Follow up on expenses through the budget and analyze variances.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial statements on a monthly basis.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Present financial reports to executives and department heads in formal meetings.
Budgeting & Planning
- Prepare yearly budgeted business plan, along with monitoring and reporting.
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision-making.
Financial Operations Monitoring
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
- Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Financial Risk Management
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
Supervision & Coordination
- Oversee financial department employees.
- Supervise the accounting team and provide training and development.
- Policy & Compliance
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and prepare necessary tax reports.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation of financial policies.
- Strategic Financial Advice
- Provide financial advice to senior management and develop strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs.
- Manage the company’s financial status and implement strategies for financial improvement.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting skills
- Budgeting and Forecasting skills
- Experience with Financial Software
- Knowledge of Financial Regulations
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance is a plus
- Preferably someone with retail experience

هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل في الموقع لمدير مالي يقع في مدينة الكويت. سيكون المدير المالي مسؤولًا عن الإشراف على العمليات المالية، إعداد الميزانيات، إجراء التحليلات المالية، وتقديم رؤى استراتيجية لدعم نمو الشركة وربحيتها.
المسؤوليات
إدارة النقد
- التحكم في وضع النقد بشكل يومي.
- مراقبة التدفق النقدي، الإيرادات، والنفقات، وتحليلها لتحسين الأداء المالي.
إدارة الحسابات
- التحكم في جميع الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، بما في ذلك التحصيلات والمدفوعات.
- متابعة دفتر الأستاذ العام للعملاء والموردين، والمصالحة، والتأكيدات.
إدارة المخزون
- التحكم في المخزون وتحليله ومتابعة عملية العد.
التحليل المالي
- تحليل التكاليف، التسعير، المساهمات المتغيرة، نتائج المبيعات، وأداء الشركة الفعلي مقارنة بخطط العمل.
- تحليل وتقييم ربحية وأداء الأقسام.

- مراجعة البيانات المالية وإعداد التقارير الشهرية والسنوية.
- تقديم التقارير المالية إلى التنفيذيين ورؤساء الأقسام في الاجتماعات الرسمية.
إعداد الميزانية والتخطيط
- إعداد خطة العمل السنوية مع الميزانية، بالإضافة إلى المتابعة والتقارير.
- تقديم معلومات ورؤى استراتيجية للمسؤولين التنفيذيين للمساعدة في اتخاذ قرارات طويلة وقصيرة المدى.
مراقبة العمليات المالية
- مراقبة العمليات المالية اليومية داخل الشركة مثل الرواتب، الفواتير، والمعاملات الأخرى.
- تتبع الحالة المالية والأداء لتحديد المجالات التي يمكن تحسينها.
إدارة المخاطر المالية
- البحث عن طرق لتقليل المخاطر المالية على الشركة.
الإشراف والتنسيق
- الإشراف على موظفي القسم المالي.
- الإشراف على فريق المحاسبة وتقديم التدريب والتطوير.
- السياسات والامتثال
- إنشاء وصيانة السياسات والإجراءات المالية للشركة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الضرائب المحلية والدولية وإعداد التقارير الضريبية اللازمة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة لضمان تنفيذ السياسات المالية بشكل فعال وفعال.
- النصيحة المالية الاستراتيجية
